Isen has recently joined Calibre with five years’ experience working for a Growth Area Council. Having specialised in growth area planning and working in the Melton City Council as a Major Developments Planner for four years, Isen has broad experience with the preparation and implementation of Precinct Structure Plans and Development / Infrastructure Contribution Plans along with project management of broad hectare residential subdivisions post permit stage.

Over this time, Isen has learned how to balance the needs of local government and the development industry. In doing so, Isen has established strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders, State agencies and other growth area Councils.
