Fiona is a qualified and Planning Institute of Australia Certified Practising Planner with 18 years of professional experience. She has an in-depth knowledge of all elements of the planning approvals process for residential, commercial, rural, and tourism developments. She is additionally experienced in managing a broad spectrum of planning issues, including heritage, farming, structure planning, and native vegetation. Having worked for local councils and extensively as a consultant, she understands what is needed to satisfy the requirements of local councils and service authorities. She also has a solid network of industry contacts and is able to negotiate positive planning application outcomes for all take holders.
